There is a free tier for individuals, which provides a fixed number of hours of server time to use within a fixed number of days. You may be able to use cloud credits for paid-for cloud services offered. Intel will continue to evolve the service structure and share more details with new releases.

Yes, however, all participants need to register for the Intel Tiber Developer Cloud.
